Customer Service Center (CSC) Supervisor Rebecca Schott was recognized by her colleagues for her hard work and dedication. She goes above and beyond for her team members and consistently brings efficiency and thoughtfulness to her work to provide the best service for our members.
“Becca has been great throughout my introduction to this team and organization. She has gone out of her way to ensure I am included and feel like I am an important part of the team. I look forward to her leadership and positive outlook. I have always felt well supported in my role on this team,” shared a team member.
Rebecca has only been in a leadership position for a short time and had to overcome many challenges outside her control. She has addressed each challenge with grace and integrity, bringing her can-do attitude to every interaction.
When Rebecca was asked her favorite part of her role at Royal Neighbors, she said, “Simply, I just love to help. I am dedicated to ensuring my team has a great culture surrounding them, and they have many opportunities to be successful.”
Rebecca enjoys spending time with her fiancé and three children. They love being outdoors, camping, and hiking. She serves as a Royal Neighbors Values Ambassador and volunteers at Royal Neighbors events and for local organizations.
