Caramel Rolls

  • 1 bag of frozen cinnamon rolls with 6 to 8 rolls
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of ice cream
  • Place 6 to 8 frozen cinnamon rolls in a 9 x 13 pan
  • Boil 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 stick of butter for about 3 minutes
  • Remove from heat
  • Stir in 1 cup ice cream until well blended
  • Pour mixture over frozen rolls
  • Cover with saran wrap and allow to rise overnight
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes
  • Cool 5 minutes then flip out onto a cookie sheet or serving platter
