When the city of Riverbank, California was incorporated in 1928, there wasn’t much available in the way of local services. That is, except for Royal Neighbors, which had been chartered there three years earlier, in 1925.
Since its inception in 1961, the Royal Neighbors Scholarship Program has awarded more than $5 million to its members to assist with the costs of continuing education.
