At Royal Neighbors, we believe a good education can lay the foundation for a lifetime of financial independence, which is why we founded the Royal Neighbors Scholarship program in 1961. At the time, $4,500 was given in the form of three scholarships to qualifying members.
Since then, the program has expanded exponentially, with more than 50 scholarships awarded last year, totaling more than $175,000. To date, we have provided more than $5 million in funding to qualifying students who are selected based on their academic merit, community volunteer efforts, and leadership skills.
