We are delighted to welcome Zarifa Reynolds as Royal Neighbors of America’s CEO and President.
An authentic and inspiring leader, team builder, and talent developer, Zarifa is passionate about fully embracing what it means to be a Royal Neighbor and carrying forward the Society’s value-driven culture and its mission. “I am excited about joining Royal Neighbors and serving our members,” she said.
Zarifa possesses a strong background in developing and executing complex growth and business strategies across financial services, insurance, and healthcare organizations. She was formerly with Guardian Life Insurance Company leading a national sales, account management, and underwriting team focused on supporting small businesses. Before joining Guardian, Zarifa was Head of Corporate Development at Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA) of America. Zarifa started her career as a lawyer and prior to joining TIAA she was a partner at Greenberg Traurig, an international law firm.
Zarifa attended Brown University, Oxford University, and Harvard Law School.

Like many Royal Neighbors members and employees, Zarifa has a passion for supporting nonprofits through Board of Directors positions and volunteerism. “I am involved with many nonprofits. The one I work with the most is KIPP Public Schools, an organization that runs charter schools in inner-city New Jersey and Miami for low-income students.”
Ms. Reynolds resides in South Florida with her husband and two children.
