In less than three years with Royal Neighbors, Sales Support Manager Mel Williams has become a vital team member. When the Sales Support team experienced a staffing shortage, Mel ensured calls were answered, and Agents continued to receive timely and quality support. Mel’s contributions and creative thinking allow Royal Neighbors to continue to improve communications and efficiencies with the sales team. He assists in meeting aggressive timelines and delivers impactful results.

In his free time, Mel enjoys reading, watching movies, long-distance running, hiking, and rock climbing. He lives the Royal Neighbors mission by volunteering over 100 hours every year with the Mesa Chapter and several local and national organizations.
