Mike Decker, IT Operations Team Lead, was recognized by his colleagues for always being engaging, friendly, and prepared to jump in and lend a hand, whether through technology or participating in a philanthropic event. He has been instrumental in ensuring our team has the tools and technology to succeed in a remote-working environment. Mike is extremely responsive, takes concerns seriously, and always tries to find a prompt solution.
Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, three dogs, and friends. He is an avid sports watcher and loves cheering on his favorite teams – Iowa State & Iowa Hawkeyes! Mike also enjoys cooking, grilling all year long, and smoking meat.
