With many holidays just around the corner, start your mornings (or evenings) with Mom’s Holiday Sausage Pie. This dish is perfect for breakfast or breakfast for dinner, plus it’s delicious hot or cold!
Ingredients
¾ lb. fresh Italian sausage
1 Tbsp. water
2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
½ lb. pepperoni, diced
2 eggs
½ cup milk
¼ lb. chopped ham
1 Tbsp. Italian grated cheese
¼ hard salami, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
Parsley and oregano, to taste
10-inch 2-crust pie shell
Instructions
Lightly brown sausage in water. Mix together with all ingredients and put in a 10-inch pie shell. Cover with top crust. Bake in a preheated 350° F. oven for 15 minutes. Reduce to 325° F. and bake 45 minutes more. Serve hot or cold.

– Use turkey sausage.
– Use turkey pepperoni.
– Use skim milk.
– Use lower sodium ham.
– Use reduced sodium salami.
– Use reduced fat version for any/all cheeses.
