Quiet kindness and confidence are often overlooked, but that is not the case with Rashell Stroud, Customer Service Center – Call Center Manager. Rashell is loved by her team! She cares about every person and ensures every teammate has the tools to work efficiently.
Recently, Rashell created a process for her team to access procedures, news, and communications in one convenient location. Her extra effort has improved the efficiency of her team and improved work/life balance for her colleagues.

As an only child raised by a single mother, Rashell is proud to work for an organization that focuses on supporting women. “Women are a special kind of strong,” said Rashell. “Royal Neighbors recognizes that strength and gives women a platform to thrive.”
Rashell participates in Royal Neighbors fundraisers and is the creator of the coveted Plinko board that appears at every in-office event. She is passionate about mental health and believes everyone in our world matters.
