Accounting Operations Manager Shannon Gruhlke is devoted to looking for efficient processes and procedures to continue to improve the quality of service for our members.
Shannon was recognized by her colleagues for being a supportive and selfless leader. “Shannon truly cares about the success of her team, Royal Neighbors, and the Quad Cities community,” said Associate Business Analyst Rashell Stroud.
Outside of work, Shannon loves exploring local hiking trails with her husband, Louis, traveling to see their daughter, Grace, in Miami, and spending time with friends. Shannon also enjoys serving as a board member of Dress for Success Quad Cities. “Being a Royal Neighbor allows me to have a supportive outlet to give back to our community,” said Shannon.
